Install and start to operate your database right away
Enter your business info (Name, adresse, phone, email ...)
Set the system parameters
Enter your main suppliers.
Then enter all your product. (Product number, Description,
Measurements, Cost price, Selling price, Qty min, Qty max, Primary supplier)
If you keep an inventory, open the adjustment window and enter your initial
adjustment for each of your product to show the quantity you currently have in stock.
Enter the customer if you already have a list of active customer.
Then you can begin to create quotes (Advanced version) and sales
You can create orders to refill you’re inventory. You can print a list of
“Product to be ordered” that will be sort by Primary supplier.
